Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with any of our printed items, you may return it in salable condition for a full refund of your money. We will refund your money in full the same way you paid it (that is by refund check or credit to your charge card).

As for online courses, after the first class if you are not interested in continuing, for any reason, we will refund your money in full the same way you paid it (that is by refund check or credit to your charge card). After the first week, no refunds are made for any reason. However, if you simply can't keep up with the weekly schedule, you can still receive all the course materials anytime within a full year, on whatever schedule you prefer.
